School Uniform

Killylea Primary School uniform consists of:

P1-P3:

  • Royal blue sweatshirt or sweat-cardigan with/without school logo
  • White /pale blue polo shirt
  • Navy unmarked jogging bottoms [no leggings]
  • Black trainers [P1-3] unmarked with Velcro fastening
  • Blue white gingham summer dress [from Easter/ not compulsory]

P4-P7:

  • Royal blue sweatshirt or sweat-cardigan with/without school logo
  • White /pale blue polo shirt
  • Grey school trousers or skirt
  • Grey socks or tights
  • Black shoes [P4-7]

P4-P7 PE Uniform:

  • White/pale blue polo shirt
  • Plain navy blue shorts [P.E. - NO football shorts)
  • Plain blue tracksuit bottoms [P.E. in winter]

Our reasonably priced school sweatshirt and sweat-cardigan are available from www.schooltrends.co.uk. We usually make ONE whole school order for parents in May after which parents will have to order from the school trends website, which will incur a postal charge. 

The school keeps a selection of smaller sizes for new P1 pupils to purchase from school at their induction day in June and a wide selection of sizes for sizing purposes only for P2-P7 pupils.

 

 
 

Research has shown that wearing a school uniform can contribute positively to pupils' behaviour and give them a sense of belonging. We encourage the wearing of our school uniform at Killylea Primary School and expect pupils and parents to adhere to our Uniform Policy.
