Our Promotional iMovies

There were lots of aspects to consider when planning our promotional videos such as:

What we would include and in what order?
Would we use photos or videos or both?
What would we say and who would say it?  
What type of camera shot would we use?  
Would we start filming the speaker and then use a pan shot?
Would we begin filming standing with back, side or front facing the camera? 
How would we begin and close our video?

During filming we thought about the following:

Is the background interesting and does it match our message?  
Is there too much background noise at the minute to produce a good video?
Is the photo too dark?  
Did we wait at least three seconds before speaking when we were being filmed?
Do we need to do a second or third take?  
How could we make it even better?

After filming there were lots more decisions to make:

Do we need to change the order of our videos and photos?
Do we need to add any text to better explain a video clip or photo? Does the text need resized or repositioned?
What music should we add?
Do we need to increase or decrease the volume of speaker voices? Do we need to trim or expand any clips?
What can we do to make our promotional video even better?

We learned lots completing this project.  I hope you like the results of all our hard work!
