We were delighted to receive the Daily Mile Foundation's "Children's Fit for Life" award recently. This award recognises "dedication to improving the health and happiness of your children" and that it was "truly inspiring to see schools like yours prioritise physical activity and foster a culture of wellness that extends beyond the classroom".
Each morning our pupils and staff complete a daily mile around the school - what we call our "Huff and Puff". Not only is this a great social time to catch up each morning but it helps to give us energy, release the fidgets and get us ready to settle to work. We LOVE it!
